One these guys goes to an upscale restaurant in Harlem and is surprised that the patrons, many of whom are black, actually have table manners.
The other calls soldiers, some of whom were injured defending this country, 'phonies' because they are against the war in Iraq.
Who's the bigger buffoon?

HAHA. I love delusional conservatives. So, let me get this straight, I've been decieved by the left, yet all of you support a war that is fought on false pretenses. Or, have those WMDs been found. The right is more delusional than I thought!

It's a tie.

They are both unenlightened neanderthals that for some reason have been given jobs that give them access to spread their poison to the gullible. It's a shame that so many people can't see what wasted space they both are.

Love your name by the way. Lolita is one of my favortie books.

The first was sarcasm, if you heard it.
The second was a reference to the "soldier" who recently got proven to be a real phony because he claimed all sorts of atrocities were happening in Iraq and my party (Democratic) ate it hook, line and sinker. He turned out to have never been in Iraq (got kicked out of boot camp). He got a lot of free publicity and that was what he was commenting on.

They both have some serious flaws, and I have no tolerance for political bigotry, but using false evidence is also against a very basic principle of mine (and yours, I hope):

Innocent until proved guilty.

Buffoons? I'll leave the name-calling to those two. They're good at it, and lose my respect for their efforts in that way.

You're a victim of selective reporting,my friend.
Bill O'Reilly (of whom I'm not a really big fan ) was misquoted.
The dinner with Al Sharpton was suppossed to be an "eye-opener" for O'Reilly, compliments of the Reverend.
O'Reilly went to this dinner with the expectation (because of Sharpton's claims) that it would be significantly different from his own experiences.
He only expressed "surprise" because the restaurant (and his treatment by the staff) was no different from any other place that he'd ever eaten because Sharpton told him that it would be different!
Do some research! O'Reilly's comments were taken out of context!
As for Rush...I'm not a huge fan of his either.
But he's also been taken out of context!
Limbaugh was speaking about a piece of sh!t person who NEVER served our country. The person he was talking about made claims that his unit (again...this person NEVER served!) murdered and raped Iraqi civilians. For what purpose we might never know, but THAT is the "soldier(s)" that Limbaugh was talking about.
When have you ever known Rush to call our soldiers "phonies"? That's just not something he would ever do! You would know that if you listened to him!
You are a victim of liberal spin!

I would have to suggest that you have fallen into the trap of Billionaire George Soros, who owns Moveon.org and Media Matters. He also owns Hillary Clinton, Harry Reid, and the rest of the Democrat Party.
Harry Reid is the enemy of our Soldiers. He and the other Democrats have pronounced defeat for our Troops, and are actually providing AID AND COMFORT TO THE ENEMY TERRORISTS. Harry Reid should resign from the Senate!
If you had any common sense, or were interested in the Truth, you would have learned that Phony Soldiers are ones who say they served in the War, but who are liars. Kind of Like Clinton, and Reid and the rest of their Gang owned by George Soros.
George Soros is probable the most Dangerous Man in the World. He is BUYING THE ELECTION FOR 2008. He does not have any Love for America, and appears to favor the Terrorists over the Brave American Military protecting All Of Us. To bad you can not understand the Real World, and can not appreciate OUR MILITARY who are protecting Us and even YOU.

First of all niether said what you claim in the context you claim they said it. I listen to Rush and he specifically referenced Jessie MacBeth who claimed he was a decorated Ranger suffering from PTSD from Iraq combat and the slew of other posers like him that have been touted by the antiwar left as true heros for their willingness to speak out. The problem is that the people Rush was talking about were either never in the military, washed out of Basic Training (like MacBeth) or were not in combat as they claimed. These are in fact phonies and MacBeth and others have been tried and convicted for their actions in falsifying VA claims and Military Discharges. Before you talk, have a clue as to what you are talking about. Rush never has and never will call a soldier phoney for being anti war unless they are in fact not soldiers or are lying about their military record.
O Reilly was speaking about the false perception many have of the black community because of its portayal in the media- not making a comment infering he was surprised that black people werent acting like animals.

It has basically been established by most everyone that Rush Limbaugh was totally taken out of context. You might want to try doing some research before making these ridiculous statements. I agree with Opus above. The audacity of Harry Reid questioning anyones patriotism is staggering.

Biggest idiot is the one buying the Media Matters fiction about Limbaugh calling all soldiers phonies. Harry "The War Is Lost and We Beat the Patriot Act" Reid castigating Limbaugh for being 'unpatriotic' is astounding.

Hey Humbert the soldiers Limbaugh was referring to were the ones who never completed basic training as hard as that might be for you to believe. There is a few of these people who don't complete training and are trying to further the anti-war movement that they actually have a department to hunt these people down and it was one of these people who was saying how the war wasn't working and making up stuff about it. Wasn't there a liberal who not to long ago accused the Marines of being a bunch of blood thirsty killers? Yeah I think so and I believe his name was Mirtha look it up
