It always looks so good. But then I know it's honey, and I think how nasty it would be to eat gobs of honey like that. It looks like the melted cheese you put on deluxe Kraft macaroni, doesn't it?

It does! I guess that with Winnie the Pooh's style on animation, it's difficult (almost impossible) to make honey look like the slightly-clear stuff it really is.

I think the only way it looks like that is because it was made so long ago, there probably just wasn't the technology to make his honey look transparent like it is in real life, but this is all my opinion.

He was supposed to be on a low-carb diet and cheese was off the menu, so when confronted with his pot of melty goodness, he claimed it was nothing but honey.

lol never thought of it that way...and just think of his fur after he eats all the honey how nasty and sticky and gross it must be.
