hello. i've heard that there is a link between dreams and the past to possibly communicate to yourself in the past wanted to know if there was a way to metaphyscially communicate with yourself in the past? Or is there any other possiblities between communication and the past. Im a history buff just exploring beyond the normal perspective of things lol lol.
since the brain is a time machine in itself just wondering

If you found out a way to communicate with yourself in the past you would have to factor in if at the time you wanted to communicate with yourself if you believed in it. If you didn't you probably wouldn't listen to yourself or believe it was you to start with.

It's possible,at least theoretically.Hypnosis does provide a limited access to the past events( by age regression ) through a well trained handler.For a full fledged communication as desired by you,I don't think any method exists as of now.By the way,have you thought of the complications if such a possibility becomes a reality ?

but sometimes i can dream about something that will happen in the future...
there's one time i dream about exam questions... though i only realise it after i've sat for the exam... HahAhaHaHA
