It's more for a boy. But if your looking for a name that starts with a J try Jazz short for Jazmin

I would say that is more a males name than a females name. Like Jeff (the purple wiggle)!
I do like some unisexed names for girls, after all my name is considered a males name. But think you may be taking it a bit far with Jeff

Jeff is usually a guy's name, but hey, you can name your child whatever you want, but would you like being called Jeff if you're a girl?

I would say that it sounds like a boys name. But this is your child and you should name her whatever you want. If that is Jeff then you should do it. Don't let someone else tell you that you are wrong. For some reason that name has stood out to you. I would say go for it if that is what you choose. Good luck and congratulations.

I just don't see a girl named Jeff being the homecoming queen. I don't really like the name as a boy's name, and I really don't like it for a girl. It just doesn't sound like a beautiful little girl's name. Sorry.
But if you're dead set on it, I'd say go for it. Just give her something more femenine for a middle name to fall back on if she doesn't want to enter the workforce as Jeff.

Jeff is indeed a boy's name,at most. Try the link I have and you can look up any name that interests you. Reminds me of that song, "A Boy Named Sue". Good luck!

Jeff on it's own looks like a boys name. But you could get creative with it - I think Jeffina is pretty. :-)
