I don't know your reasons but it is never wrong to get a divorce if that is what you want. Even with kids I believe that. Staying together for the kids just makes everyone miserable. If you want a divorce get one no matter what anyone tells you and make yourself happy. Nobody will make sure that you are happy, only you. Good luck.

That is a very vague question. You don't give any detail on why you would want a divorce. Does he beat you? Mentally abusive? Cheat? An alcoholic or drug addict? Those would be reasons to divorce with or without kids. I mean, If you only want a divorce because marriage is too much work or something like that, I'd say yes.

If you are Catholic and have no kids, consider an annullment. But divorce is divorce. It all depends on how you feel and what you can deal with. Do it and move on. No point in staying married to someone that doesn't love you and respect you for the great person you are.

It's not wrong to get a divorce if the love is gone, whether there are children or not. There's no reason to stay in a situation you are miserable in. Get out and move on, it's best for both of you.

It depends on the situation. Is this a covenant marriage, meaning this is the first marriage for both? If so, then it is wrong to get divorced. God says he hates divorce and Jesus said that remarriage is adultery. The only time anyone can remarry is if their spouse has died. Then they can marry another widow/widower or someone who has never married before.
