Do you have to pay to get exposed to casting directors, etc?

or can you just find an agency, audition, if they like you, they put you in a movie and then done.

or you audition, if they like you, then you pay them, then they put you in a movie.

if you are good, they should PAY YOU. Get a portfolio of pictures and credits for work you have already done, paid or amateur, before making the rounds.
