I've heard that there is a part of the Patriot Act which allows Law enforcement to ask you a question. You must answer the question, but you can never tell anyone what you were asked or what your answer was. If you do you can go to jail!
I've done a search of the Patriot Act and it is a whole lot to read and hard to understand unless you are a lawyer! If anyone knows if this is true please tell me and give me a source where I can find it!
Thanks!

the problem with this law is that it was given to congress to vote on 50 minutes before the vote took place. over 700 pages they were expected to read in 50 minutes. every congressmen that voted for this bill without reading it first should be kicked out of office for failing to live up to their oath of upholding the constitution. the supreme court ruled 2 parts of the patriot act, "unpatriotic", i mean unconstitutional last week. also in the bill is you can be detained, stripped of your citizenship, denied your lawyer, denied a trial, denied to see the evidence against you, they can do all this and even go so far as to execute you in secrecy in a foreign secret prison, simply on SUSPICION of committing a violent crime for political reasons. I shat you not!!!

oh, yeah. i am not sure about your question, but it does sound on par for the patriot act. so patriotic isn't it?

you might want to try wikipedia.com. they usually have laws broken down so you can click on a section real quick.
