I dont think that's right. Because a strong acid (HCl) is supposed to have a low pH.

1. C (because NaOH is a strong base)
2. D (NH3 is a weak base)
3. B (weak acid)
4. A (HCl is a strong acid)

Very acidic is very low pH and Hcl is most acidic

Very basic is very high pH and NaOH is most basic.
