U asked a simple question and Lindsay gave the exact answer, why do everyone always give their opinion on everyhting but your question, even with antivirus software which i am certain u have it is necessary to occassionally go in and clear ur temp. internet files and cookies. no matter what browser u r using even Mozilla firefox. i assume u r using Internet explorer? FireFox is a great browser and more secure but has few issues viewing ceratin sites because of java issues. But follow the basic steps Lindsay gave and you will be okay. if you still have problems viewing the site then u may want to check for java updates, if you do want to try anoither browser Mozilla firefox and Netscape both free browsers are stable secure browsers. Good luck

Although possible, it is implausible that you would have to delete cookies to access a Web site. However, it is common for a user to have to set his or her browser to *accept* cookies.
The most common browser is Internet Explorer. The Mozilla Firefox browser is good.

To do this, you have to go to Tools>Delete Browsing History if you have IE7. Then select "Delete All" or "Delete Cookies".
If you have IE6, go to Internet Options>Delete Cookies.

It's easier to have an antivirus program that can do that. McAfee and Norton Security centers both clean your computer of junk.
