This is a case of sexual harassment. Tell him in front of the class so they all can hear "IF YOU SAY THAT TO ME ONE MORE TIME, I'LL HAVE YOU ARRESTED! "
Contact your guidance counselor/principal. Take the creep to court.
If you were my daughter, that little moron's father and I would have a serious discussion, and his father would do all the listening.

If he is chubby tell him to go look at himself in the mirror and wear a thong. Otherwise tell the parents, they will solve your problem and take care of you. Usually if he is like that now as young as you both are, it tells you about how he was raised. Don't worry about it, he will get whats coming to him in the future as long as you tell an adult immediately. Take care.

Start by showing copies of the letter to your teacher, parents, guidance counsellor, any other school official you can think of.

Good luck

sue him for sexual harrassment. Press charges against him and show the letter to the authorities.
