Of course they do, because it's a closed system. The water that is displaced by the fish has no place to go - it remains in the aquarium. But, even if it were an open system where the displaced water would leave the aquarium, they would still add a litte weight, because they do not float on the surface, and therefore are denser (and, hence, weigh more) than the volume of water that they displace.

If you put a fish in the tank and weigh it when its not moving, then weigh it again when the fish is moving, there won't be any difference.

Yes, but most fish only weigh a few ounces. Unless you've got something in there like an arawana.

Well, they do but it shouldn't make a difference unless you are weighing it by grams!
