im 15 & i cant sleep @ night. i lie awake in bed every school night. im so tired @ school. i lie awake as the hours go by. i dont drink caffeine or exercise. what should i do? i have to go to school tomorrow. i dont want to be tired. what if im up until three. i get up at six. you guys have to help me. do something! i have a big day tomorrow. you guys have to do something about this. i missed so much school already due to sleep. were so poor. we cant afford doctors or sleeping pills. so what do you guys recommend?

Try relaxing before bedtime. No computer, no tv, etc.

And STOP posting the same question. It is against the community guidelines.

I wake up at five. Its best if you have at least 7 hrs of sleep per day and keep it up, that way you can get your sleeping cycle adjusted. No wonder your so tired. Its not bad to exercise once in a while. Don't lie around so much and eat, it s depressing and definitely brings laziness and drowsiness into play.

Go talk to a doctor. You might be anemic - iron deficiency. Easy and cheap to fix, but leaves you tired and lethargic. You could just start out by taking a multi-vitamin for a few weeks and see if that helps.

Try this.

Lay down when your tired.
Get into a comfortbal postion then close your eyes.
Then relax each part of you r body and lay there.
Dont open your eyes.
You will fall asleep.
at least it works for me.
but not until your really tired.

To keep that from happening, reduce your stress. Something at school or whatever is causing you alot of stress.
