My world govt. class was divided into groups and had to come up with controversial questions and take a poll....I need about 45 more people to complete my survey and you just need to answer yes or no to the following questions...

1.) Do you think that the govt. should decide if a woman should have an abortion or not?

2.) Do you think that same sex marriages should be legalized?

3.) Do you think that illegal immigrants should get deported?

4.) Should Congress pass a law to legalize immigrants already in the U.S.?

Please just answer yes or no and i truly hope your answer is honest in your opinion. Thank you for answering and God bless!

Thank you all so very much for being mature. I can't believe the quick reaction. I finished my survey quite fast. I'm sorry that it's all yes or no, but my teacher made it that way and there is nothing i can do about that. Once again thank you all for answering even though there were some answers that were not even answers. It is okay. God bless you all!

I just tallied up my results (50 people) and my partner's results (50 people). This is most deff. a biased survey. For question one, 5 people said yes and 95 said no. For question two, 67 people said yes and 33 said no. For question three, 35 people said yes and 65 people said no. For question four, 63 people said yes and 37 people said no.

1.) Do you think that the govt. should decide if a woman should have an abortion or not? YES, it should be illegal! Life begins at conception.

2.) Do you think that same sex marriages should be legalized? NO!!! Marriage is between a man and a woman. Point Blank!!!

3.) Do you think that illegal immigrants should get deported? YES, if you enter this country illegally, then you're committing a crime!

4.) Should Congress pass a law to legalize immigrants already in the U.S.? NO, how would it be right that they entered illegally.

These are tough questions to which we simply answer Yes or No.

1.) Do you think that the govt. should decide if a woman should have an abortion or not?

NO. Definitely not. It's a woman's choice.

2.) Do you think that same sex marriages should be legalized?

Yes. If two people love one another, why shouldn't they have the same legal rights as anyone else. I thought it was in the constitution... everyone is created equal?

3.) Do you think that illegal immigrants should get deported?

Yes. Plenty of folks have been naturalized through due process. Why not the others? As US citizens, poor farm workers (not US born) would be eligible for minimum wage and Medicaid rather than continued exploitation..

4.) Should Congress pass a law to legalize immigrants already in the U.S.?

No. The INS already decides who becomes legal or not.

1.) Do you think that the govt. should decide if a woman should have an abortion or not? no.... it's not their kid, they're not the ones who'll be raising them so it should be the mother's decision

2.) Do you think that same sex marriages should be legalized? yeah why not? people should be able to marry whoever they want

Do you think that illegal immigrants should get deported? yes, if they haven't been here that long, then yes BUT they shouldn't be treated like animals!! they still are humans even though they're living in a different country... they should still be given time to get their belongings and say goodbye to friends and family...

Yes! if they're working that means they're actually giving to the effin community and this effin country! so i don't see why they should be kicked out.... and most of them have been here most of their lives so they might as well be legalized!

1. No, because it's not the government's baby. Even though I think it's wrong, it should be the woman's choice.

2. Yes. Marrige is about two people who love each other, not what gender they are.

3. No, I don't think that would solve the problem.

4. No, not a law that automatically makes them citizens. They should have to become a citizen in the same way a person who enters legally has to.
