I want to start all over again because I want to clear everything up. When I delete everything, the memory doesn't come back. And I heard that you can start it all over again.

Hi there. I hope I can help you achieve this.

I don't own a Mac, but hope I can help you anyway.

Did your computer come with some type of set up disk or something to that nature? If so, then you may want to put it in and see if you can format your drive and start over again.

Perhaps calling Apple's customer support or taking it to a Mac store will be able to get the job done as well.

Anyway, sorry if I couldn't provide the help you needed.

Reinstall the operating system. If you do not have the original Mac OS Disk, you can buy Mac OS 10.4 Tiger at your local Mac reseller. This will make your old mac new again.
