Who does Ms Spears thing she is?? She really has no major talent at all. She deserved to have her kids took. And i feel that what i heard on a talk show on the radio is so she. Unless her friends or family step in she is going off the deep end quick.
I figure she will be puliing a Sucide caper before to long.

I don't and have never really cared for Brittney Spears. But there is a lot of children worse off parents wise then hers(unfortunately) She is in the limelight. I agree with the other person who answered and mentioned "pray" for her and pray for her children. They are innocent victims here and deserve much better from "both" parents

I am by no means a Brittany Spears fan. I've never understood the fascination/obsession with her. Common spoke for me when he said "Why they hype Brittany up, they know she can't sing". I said that, to say this, this question wouldn't even be being asked or answered, if she wasn't famous. Just because some of us feel she has no talent, that isn't reason enough to take her children from her. Apparently a family court judge felt that the children would be better off without her having full custody of them. I think that Brittany is being treated harsher than the average person would be treated because she is a celebrity and because many eyes are watching the outcome of this custody dispute.
Brittany's children have been removed from her care because she didn't produce a current valid driver's license to the court and because she missed a drug test. The average parent would've been given another chance to take the drug test and produce a license. The average parent wouldn't have had their children removed from their custody for those offenses. Is Brittany a good Mom, I don't know, is her ex a good Dad? I don't know. Truthfully, it's really none of our business. Just because some people don't like her, or think that she has no talent, that isn't reason enough to remove her children from her home. There are children living in very dangerous situations right now, and we won't find out about it, until they are either hurt badly or killed. I think the judge who took Brittany's children from her is guilty of overkill.

I feel bad for Britney, just as I would for anyone in her circumstance. This girl---and I do mean GIRL---has worked her entire life. She has been responsible for the livelihoods of her entire crew and their families, and quitting was not an option for her. Maybe she's just been trying to have a life to call her own. I feel really sorry for her and I hope her family and friends give her their support so she can heal She's got a lot of problems, but I don't think any of us knows her to judge her. I think what the court did is in the best interest of the children and probably in Britney's best interest, too. I wish them all the very best.

If she can't take care of herself, what makes anyone think she can parent two little children? It's very sad, especially for the media to be getting ratings off of it. I bet she wouldn't be acting as she does if they stopped printing stories about her. But people gobble it up like turkeys, so the media will continue to give her publicity because it sells. I wish they would report some real news, and not the lives of celebrities.

Your compassion underwhelms me; talent really should have no bearing on whether or not a person keeps custody of their children (and I don't think it did to the judge). Here's a thought: instead of delighting in the misfortune of someone who lives in a large spotlight, maybe we could pray for her return to health and the restoration of her family. (Come on, I'll join you.) I have no idea what it's like to be her, but I can imagine what it would be like to live in a large fishbowl with every mistake and every action you take being played out in front of the world. I mean the money is probably pretty good, but that would suck otherwise ,wouldn't it? What do you think?

I wouldn't be surprised at whatever she does next. That girl is just a waste. I'm sure she's going to use her new "freedom" to really party like crazy. I just wish she would wear some underwear. It should be considered a public health hazard when she doesn't.
