I took a guy to court and I won Judment on him, the court says its up to me to get the funds from him, they told me to find his banking information and I can pull funds from the account. But how do I find the account information?

I don't think that is possible. If you took him to court and you won...the court doesn't make you investigate their information, that's illegal. You shouldn't have any contact with this person and once you "won" he should have been ordered to pay up right there and then, so your story doesn't make much sense to me...sorry. I think you're not being honest.
