EDIT:
1. March 26, 1997 - Colorado v. Detroit. Darren McCarty turtles Claude Lemieux. This classic not only ignited one of the great rivalries of the late 20th century with a legandary brawl, but it also was a great game that went into overtime and was won by the Wings 6-5 on a McCarty goal.
2. Game 4 1952 Playoffs - Toronto v. Detroit. Before the game Ted Lindsay and Gordie Howe received death threats. Both played and the Wings won the game, sweeping the Leafs. After the game Terrible Ted alledgly skated around the ice and pretended to shoot the crowd with his 'machine gun' hockey stick.
3. Game 2 1936 Playoffs - Detroit v. Montreal Maroons. The longest game in NHL history. The Wings won it 1-0 in the 6th overtime.
4. Game 7 1997 Playoffs - Detroit v. Philly. Stevie Y finally hoists the Cup and there isn't a dry eye in Detroit.
5. Game 7 1950 Stanely Cup Finals - Detroit v. NYR. Detroit wins it in double overtime and Terrible Ted starts the tradition of players skating on the ice with the Cup held high. The famed Production Line is at its height.

I would probably put out a DVD of my old Minnesota North Stars team instead of the Wild, simply because I saw so many good games as a North Star fan than I have of the Wild!! I like the Wild but the North Stars bring back a lot of good memories for me....it was a sad day when the team moved to Dallas of all places!!! I think I would make a DVD of the North Stars Stanley Cup runs of 1981 & 1991 although I saw some great regular season games too!!

Without a doubt Game 7 Stanley Cup vs. the Flames. The atmosphere was incredible
I'd also put:
First official game in the barn vs. the Blackhawks
Game 7 Eastern Conference Finals vs. the Flyers
The first game in the Forum (Almost positive it was against the Rangers)

* Rangers vs Isles in game 6 semis, 1979. Rangers eliminate the superior and heavily favored Isles to make it to the Cup finals.
* Rangers at Devils in game 6 semis, 1994. Down 3-2 in the series, Kovalev sets up Messier twice and Mess gets the hat trick on an empty net to keep his team alive...after calling it.
* Rangers vs Devils in game 7 semis, 1994. Matteau, Matteau, Matteau. Stephane Matteau!!!
* Rangers vs Canucks in game 7 finals, 1994. A nailbiter all the way. Trevor Linden carries his team and Messier gets credit for the game winner Adam Graves scored. 1940 can rest in peace.
* Rangers vs Penguins in 1999. The game itself was irrelevent. Wayne Gretzky recorded an assist in his final game and was treated to a tear-soaked Madison Garden sendoff.

February 5, 1994. Peter Bondra scored five goals and got an assist. after that it doesn't matter that much to me as long as people recognize how much he did for our organization.

As far as Leafs games the only thing I am sure of is that they would be only Black and White footage..
