The longest book I've read is Peter and the Shadow Thieves.
It's 556 pages long! I've enjoyed it very much.

I've read all the Dune Chronicles, each at least 430 pages, and each leading into the other. Frank Herbert is great.
Also, Hannibal by Thomas Harris: 484 pages.
The Star Wars trilogy novel put out in the early 1990's, over 900 pages.
Anne Rice Interview with a Vampire and several of her other vamp books, all about 400 pages. Love her writing, man.
One book a sci-fi novelist should read: The Physics of Super Heroes by James Kaklios. Great stuff that's proven true by physics. Not very long, 346 pgs, but well worth the time reading it.

Single volume, cover to cover, the longest book I ever read was the unabridged Les Miserables. If I remember right, the edition I had is roughly 1435 pages, give or take a few.
