I usually sleep 7 hours per day during the week and 5 hours per day on the weekend.
I'll sleep less if my one cat decides he wants to play at 4am and I can't get back to sleep.
Ideally, I'd like to get 9 hours every night.

Well Amy, I NEED at least 8. But I'd PREFER at least 10. But if my husband is home, I actually GET about 4 or 5. He snores like all-get-out, and even my sleeping pills and earplugs don't muffle it enough. It's like he actually "vibrates" the durn bed. Really. You'd think that someone put 50 cents in the box by the bed (like in the old motels). It's pretty nerve-racking to say the least.
