I love Shea. Such a refreshing, unexpected choice. ;)
I also like Lane as a middle name, but not quite as much as the first. Bo always strikes me as more a nickname (probably because I've known a few, none of which were actually named "Bo" ... two were Clarence! LOL). Could be a neat nickname for something more logical than that, however. Boaz, for example.
Edited to add: definitely stick with the traditional Shea spelling. No reason to spell it phonetically just so a few unfamiliar with it can sound it out, right? LOL And as to the "girl name" comments, Shea is a traditional Anglicization of the masculine Irish name Seaghdha, meaning "admirable; hawk-like." Those who use it for girls often do so as a nickname for something created, such as Shayelynn or Shayanne. Most probably don't even realize it's an actual male name, know what I mean? Lane, on the other hand, is a surname simply referring to someone who lives near or along a lane. As such, classically unisex. Just wanted to address a few above comments after reading the other replies. ;)

Love the name Bo - its my husband's name!
I don't like Lane - it sounds a bit feminine to me. I worked with a guy named Lane and clients always expected a woman when they met him.
Shea - I'm undecided.
*someone above thought Bo might get made fun of - this has never been the case in my experience - people tend to associate it with athleticism.

- Lane is okay.
- I went to school with a kid named Beau. It was kind of a cool name.
- I think Shea sounds like a girl's name personally.

I know a boy and his name is Shea. Very nice young man!
Bo sounds too much like "Days of our Lives" for me and
Lane sounds more female to me.
