First off, it's called "To Kill a Mockingbird," as is the book, not "How to Kill..."
It was made in 1962 and starred Gregory Peck as Atticus Finch. It won 3 Oscars (Best Actor - Gregory Peck, Best Art Direction/Set Direction, and Best Writing Based on Another Medium - Horton Foote).
Boo Radley was played by acting god Robert Duvall.
Fantastic movie, but it's a little slow going at times. Definitely worth a watch.

There are a couple of versions but the best is the 1962 version with Gregory Peck as Atticus and Robert Duvall as Boo Radley.
