Yes, of course! Your prosthetics will probably be longer making you taller - and springier!
I saw a TV show recently where a guy WANTED to have both his excellent legs amputated so he could have those spring legs installed - the Doctors of course, told him NO - and that he was CRAZY!

Yes and no, Yes i think that you would have to, No, because you could be shorter or taller, ok it would be a YES on both! but why would you want to do that, be proud of what you have, I work with people that only have one leg or have problems getting around!

most likely. If you still have a drivers lisense. And U'd need to get a special car/van that uses a lever for gas & stuff.
