my freind was telling me there's an exsersize that makes you're boob's bigger?
is that true.
cause i'm 14 almost 15 and i have nothing.
and i hit puberty earrlly, as in like i had my period in 5th grade early.
and it really sucks that i don't have boobs.

it's rather depresing.
but okay.like
i don't even need to wear a braa.

Exercise won't do anything, maybe thicken the underlying pectoral muscles.
Be patient, breast growth often takes longer than your period starting.
Go on line and find a picture of Audrey Hepburn.

exercises won't make your boobs grow...you're still young and you're not gonna stop growing for quite a few years so maybe they will bloom eventually.
