to each is own! some women like to wear thongs others rather go without any at all b/c they think of thongs as very uncomfortable like a permanent wedgie, others prefer panties. one doesn't make the other weird b/c of their choice it 's a personal preference. I like to be comfortable while I sleep and a bra is uncomfortable for me to sleep in. unless you're a nursing mother why would you want to wear a bra while you sleep???

You wear a garement that combines elastic underwiring and synthetics around your rib cage all night?
Unless you need the support cos you're a large cup size why do it?
Beds are for relaxing and sleeping!
Take the bra off!
You'll sleep better!

I find it more comfortable not to, so when I roll over it's one less thing to get twisted. If you're not big enough to really need the support, bras are kind of a cosmetic addition to the wardrobe.

Because it's insanely uncomfortable.
I think it's weird that some women sleep with it on. Give your chest a rest!

Wearing tight clothing obstructs blood circulation. Remember what circulation does? It carries oxygen to all parts of the body which is essential to good health.

Many people just wear some sort of PJs or nothing. You don't need the support while sleeping...

Well, because I want to be comfortable when I sleep. And also it allows my husband easier access if he feels like getting frisky.
