A1= artan(2/1)=63.2
A2= arctan(3/2)=56.3

A=|A2-A1|=6.9

Draw a diagram.
Plot where each ball will be after 1 second.
Use elementary trigonometry to calculate the angle each ball makes with the x-axis.
The difference between them is your answer.
