Hmm, you might be allergic to your toothpaste (ingredient) or your immune system is weak. Try eating a healthy diet and relieve stress. The main cause of canker sores is still unknown that's why there's no cure yet, but there are helpful remedies that can help hasten the healing and also ease the pain.

i was getting canker sores on my gums alot and my dentist told me that i am allergic to sodium lauryl sulfate in the toothpaste. it is hard to find a toothpaste without that, but as long as that ingredient is far down the list on the ingredients, you should be ok.... I used Mentadent once and woke up with 10 ulcers, so i feel your pain!.... also, to help with the soreness, wet a teabag and place it on the sores if possible. it helps draw out the soreness. stay away from salt and anything citrus or acidic....like pizza sauce or orange juice. I am not a doctor, but I am speaking purely from experience! If this doesn't help, seek medical attention....

stable success with that. I incredibly have had one or 2 of them until eventually now and that they harm like, properly we will go away that section out. I study up on them however as quickly as I have been given them and from what I comprehend there's no longer alot you're able to do and in general they are uncertain why human beings get them. I incredibly have in basic terms had them 2 or three times however the cases I had them i offered those issues at walmart that have been dazzling! i'm uncertain what they have been referred to as yet I have been given them on the toothpaste isle and that they got here in a small container. It exhibits a image on the front, they are those little around issues you positioned on the sore and that they sort a barrier to cover it. I had issues getting them on properly suited until eventually now each thing yet when I did get one on after jointly because it made it experience plenty extra suited! If I ever get yet another one i will actually use them back. desire that enables.

So Uh. What's your question.
I get canker sores when I am stressed or eating poorly. I think if you eat properly, reduce stress levels, and exercise it will hinder their formation.
