Everyone is so jealous of the Patriots domination... They got caught doing what every other team does. The Patriots are 4-0 with everyone watching them and making sure they are not video taping and stealing audio signals. They are kicking butt. They don't need the tapes and have proved they are a great team to all you losers who want to hold it against them because they won 3 super bowls in 4 years. Get over it already.

Yes, but not severely. If they reach the Super Bowl they will lose a number 1 draft pick, but if they do what is a number 1 draft kit will do to the team anyway since they already reached the Super Bowl. If they don't they will lose a number 2 or 3 draft pick.

Hmmm...Punish them for being the best team in the NFL...weird...Technically, yes...They will lose a first round pick...They'll be in the Super Bowl, so playoffs is a foregone conclusion...

The NFL put a stop to it...Let it go...

ummm no...please don't ask these dumb question and every team cheats. A former Cowboys coach by the nameof something Johnson (first name escapes me, maybe some of you diehard Cowboy fans will remember him) admitted to using a video camera and sais every other team does as well. I'll see if I can find the link.

they have already been punished. that deal is so over with and so over hyped. can we just move on. every team in the nfl trys to steal signals/signs. always have, always will...it is so over and done with!

well, of course. even if they don't make it to the superbowl, they still lose at least a pick either way.

yeah... they'll take away their first round pick next draft... same thing they'll do when they make the playoffs. the issue is dead and blown out of proportion. the pats don't have to pay for winning, they've already been sentenced.

No but if they make the playoffs they have to give up their 1st round pick and if they don't they have to give up their 2nd and 3rd
