smoking..I even got hypnotized once,it lasted for 3 months.
I tried patches,gum nicoderm filters, nothing works.

Well of course, everyone needs to breath and eat and all the other bodily stuff that is required to stay alive, but as far as self control goes, I guess I would have to say sometimes I get caught in a situation where I see someone or something that is so touching that it brings a tear to my eye, or so funny that I can't help but laugh, or so uplifting and enjoyable that I just find a smile on my face without any conscious effort to put it there...
