They have stupid catch phrases when they are defeated. Like, "Team Rocket is blasting off agaaainn!" (Pokemon! ha...)

Villains are dang near indestructible. Shoot 'em, beat 'em up, run 'em over, throw 'em off a cliff, they still survive somehow to see the sequel.
