Talk to the manager and demand a full refund. Making the dinner free is not an option for me because I wouldn't want to eat at that restaurant or fast food joint after finding a hair in my food. Chances are there may be something worse in my food if they prepared another dinner for me.

Speak 2 the manger or the waitress in the best wa possible.. So you will not get Ur food with bad things inside it..My Dear

Take it back and let them know there lucky Ocea and other health observers arent there to witness hair in your food.

Tell a waiter or waitress,once I out eating lunch with my aunts and uncles,and cousins and one of my cousins found a small bug and my uncle told a waiter and they replaced the whole plate,plus we got free ice cream!

Complain of course and make sure you speak with someone of management. Finally, make sure it doesn't show on the bill.

definitely complain! make them give you another plate (with food of course) but be nice or they will put another hair in the new plate on purpose or spit in it....

Make sure that it is not yours and then demand that they take it back and either give you a refund or give you something else.
