If not, how many times a week? Do you do weight training, cardio or both?

YESSSS, IT'S A MUST. I'm only walking and doing cardio.....I'm doing a 13mile marathon with my hubby in A pril.

No, not everyday. I would say that I work out about three or four times each week. I do both weights and cardio, but I would say mostly cardio as of late.

no but, i probably should. i work out maybe 3-4 times a week.

i luv cardio, its gives me such a workout and weights are ok too, its better for my arms.

I don't go to the gym, but i'm running every day, cross country has me doing that...Mostly cardio then...not easy though...very hard on my legs

I work out Monday - Friday.....I run and do weights alternately.

I take Saturday & Sunday off.
