I don't think it's anything that a doctor is gonna find - yes it could be and sounds like a hiatial hernia - these things can zap energy and leave you tired all the time, much in the same was as chronic fatique and fibromalgia can... but if you turn up asking a doc, he'll probably just throw pills at you as that's all they are trained to do!!!
(I've had indegestion and other symptoms for a over a year, including low energy and lethargy, and still haven't had a decent diagnosis as to why, and have been given nothing but ant-acid pills).
I think moods and emotions are more of an 'energetic thing'.
Therefore if you read medical stuff from India and China they will mention energy and energy points 'chakras'. Mood and enegy are interwoven into their medical beliefs in much the same way it used to be for the Victorians - who used 'humours' to describe people. You either had a phlegmatic, choleric, or a melancholic personality.
It is also a 'mind' thing.
Our personalities and our thinking are formed when we are young and we have no recolection, therefore little control over that. Some of us 'formed' with less energy, and feeling 'less happy'. We are not all the same - thank god! This is not something a redbull or a coffee is gonna change! I'm sure a lot of authors or painters or muscisians are 'tourtured souls' somehow - otherwise they wouldn't produce half the stuff they do!
If everyone was always happy none would turn to drugs, drink or happy clappy religion to feel good... so don't be fooled by the feel good brigade who say that you are not right or normal! You need to smile! How rude is that!
For me, it's like there is this darkness that I carry around with me. It is me - I can't change it! It's not that I'm depressed - it's just a difficulty to find satisfaction in things sometimes. A non-willingness to be fake and lively when I don't feel it. And just a general disgruntled feeling with a lot of people and things in this world... I'm just a little grumpy... but that's OK. I think I'm normal. Yeah, I'm a little laziness. Yeah, I love lying on a beach all day, reading a book, or going on holiday...who doesn't! But, when I need energy I find it. Look for things you love doing - you may be surpirsed by what you find!
I hated exercise, but when I started to go to the gym, I was actually the first one in line for the classes, and they had to practically throw me out at night - I loved it!
When I went trekking in Nepal I never walked anywhere! But after a week of walking for 7 hours straight up and down the sides of mountains - I began to love it! So much that I went on to do another trek immidiately afterwards!
Don't let everyone telling you that you SHOULD be something (happy all the time) get you down. You are what you are, and you shouldnt feel pressure to feel anything, other than that.
You're great! Be glad that we are not all the same and revel in your uniqueness!

I have had very similar experiences. When I was younger it was difficult for me to maintain a positive attitude about anything, I always felt drained. What changed my life the most was weight training. People don't talk about it very often, but excerise can be much more effective than any medication.
After you excerise your body is flooded with endorphines, the feel good chemicals. This is a great way to relax and put things into perspective. Also, working out constantly will make you feel more vibrant. With increased muscularity and cardiovascular fitness comes dramatic increases in energy.
Diet is the other important factor that you should examine. Do you eat a clean diet? Do you know what a clean diet is? I don't know you, or what it is you're eating but a poor a diet can be devastating to your health. Unfortunately, the average American diet is lacking at best and deadly at worst, so if I were you I'd read up on nutrition.
When I cleaned up my diet and started excerising my quality of life improved exponentially. Try not to let to other people effect how you feel and just focus on continually improving yourself, that's all you can ever do.
Good luck!

First, find something you like to do and stick to it. Exercising, yoga, reading a book, get a pet. Take a multivitamin with orange juice everyday to get energy. If you do all you can do without any change, then sometimes medication is best. You might have a chemical imbalance in your brain causing your mood swings. Anti-depressants aids you in bringing that fluctuation of chemicals/hormones back in balance.

First go get a check up and see physically what may be causing this. Second, read articles, books and listen to self-help information. Third, excerise, I started using a tread mill, and before that, I was walking and listening to tapes. Treat yourself, start eating healthy and work on yourself every nite before going to bed by pampering yourself. Before you get up in the morning, tell yourself what a wonderful person you are, you will have a great day and greet everyone with a smile. But first get the check up.

Relax and slow down. You may be trying to do too many things at once. Take a deep breath and remember some people are more sensitive than others so treat them as you would want to be. Also try to eat plenty of veggies and healthy foods, it will really help put you in a better mood.

stop being in a bad mood and you will get more energy. Therapists don' make one happy nor do antidepressants. You may have parasites or candida. Try Coconut oil miracle. (Get the book. Gets rid of depression and gives one energy. Also if you want real happiness you have to realize your eternal spiritual self. Read Bhagavad Gita as it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada asitis.com can be read on line. Read Natural Cures, What they don't want you to know. by Kevin Trudeau. The only reason why people are not happy is they don't realize who they truly are (Bhakti Yoga is the process to self realization) I love it.

5 each of monster and rockstar over the last two days? That's why you're sick. I can barely handle 2 in a day without feeling like absolute crap for the next day.

Regular daily exercise.
If your active you don't have time to get depressed.
As you progress you'll start to feel good about your progress and yourself.
Start small.Walk a few blocks.Then a few more.Then walk faster and develop a routine.
Improve you diet to include really healthy eating habits.Read up and get to know your body and it's requirements.
Nothing can ever get accomplished unless you make a effort.

Try working out. the exercise actually gives you more energy, releases stress, causes a release of endorphins and serotonin which both elevate mood, and you'll end up looking better, and therefore feeling better.

One thing you should do is go to the doctor and see if you have a thyroid disease. Just a few of the symptoms are those of thyroid problems. It's worth a check!
