my client, is so obnoxious to me, spreading lies about me, yet i continue to serve his account. He's actually horrible to everyone even to his own organization. I know how much money he makes, and i know he's not paying his taxes. I am very, very much tempted to report him to IRS. He's been cheating our government because he earns a lot, and he's not paying anything except Withholding tax which is automatically deducted. Am i being vindictive? should I let the Lord handle him?

The fact he is mean to you should not enter in to the decision. If he is committing a crime and you know it you should report it. You mention he is a client. Depending on the client relationship you may not be able to report it (client/attorney) or you may be required to (book keeper/accountant). Don't get yourself in trouble.

If this person is committing a crime and if you are required to report it (i.e. you are an accountant or bookkeeper) by all means please report him. He is costing our government more than just the taxes owed.

Although you may have a client/attorney relationship in that case you may not be allowed to report him.

If the client relationship you have with this person allows you to report him you should. Not because he has been obnoxious or because he is horrible but because he is a thief. He is stealing from all the working people of the USA.

Just cover your butt, as they say. Don't be vindictive just be honest. After you report him the Lord will handle him.

Take a step back. Are you thinking of reporting him because he's mean or because he's truly done something illegal. What kind of client is he? If you are his accountant and you know of financial irregularities you should. Take a look at the law and your agreement with him as your client. If you are doing his book keeping you may be required to report this.
