No, just on whether people like you are too gullible to know when they are being lied to.

Rush mentioned specifically Jesse Macbeth, a man who servied a whopping 44 days in the army. A man who never set foot in Iraq, nor saw combat. Yet this man said he was an army ranger, won a purple heart, and saw atrocities being committed.

If people like you are too stupid to understand that that is who Rush mentioned specifically when he was talking about "phoney soldiers," then you are too stupid to be saved.

I don't know about Limbaugh's definition. I will tell you, I am a soldier and I say he is a phony soldier. You can't be a soldier if you can not even make it through basic training.

I was listening the day the statement was made. The implication the loons on the left made never entered my mind. Those who don't take the time to seek the truth are doomed to look like fools. Rush states all the time he is in awe of ALL soldiers. He is their biggest supporter. This smear was started to take the heat off the left for trashing a REAL soldier the week before. How can they have the guts to pretend to back our military. RUSH HAS ALWAYS SUPPORTED THE TROOPS.

Well, it also depends on the date too...
-- Sept. 26 (original air date and context of "phony soldiers"):

-- Sept. 28 (no, he just meant one "phony soldier". Hmmm):

Cute. A better question would be why does anyone really take Rush seriously anymore? I am a Conservative and I did listen to Limbaugh at one time, but almost never anymore. What I kept finding with Limbaugh is that I did not agree with him on many things and on the ones where I did agree with him, I almost always arrived at the conclusion independent of his analysis. Rush Limbaugh is a spinmeister. Granted he has a large listening audience, but I have often questioned how many Liberals contribute to his rating numbers with their zeal to know what he is saying so they can attack it and give it more credibility than it deserves in the process.

I think conservatives have a very different concept of the word "is" than the rest of the world.

It depends on how much oxycontin he took that day, and on the room temperature IQs of his listeners.

*I'm amazed by how many rush defenders there are here. I always suspected these people were far right dittoheads but this clinches it. Lol!
