It stunning to envision the fairly some comments on the subject of the U.S. having to hold the two Mexico and Canada. do no longer they understand that its a similar ingredient this is going on with maximum blue states sporting the bill for pink states with in uncomplicated terms one exemption Texas. actuality is that a union might shrink protection spending and boost protection because of the inherited collaboration that those 3 united states of america might proportion politically. it would additionally stress drug commerce in Mexico to say no because it would not be of their interest to do business enterprise in Mexico having the U.S. and Canada as a deterrent forces helping the Mexican government. the subject is that some individuals have an inherited inclination to dislike human beings of a distinctive historical past and ethnicity. a similar is genuine in Mexico and Canada. Others are purely ignorant and opinionated. they have not examine the form nor understand its objective and what place might it play in the form of union. the american shape might nevertheless be honor interior the United State and proceed to be defacto. The Union might actually have a shape pertaining to the union and gadgets of standards. there could be greater effectual arguments used against the form of union yet God forbid you ask top wingers to think of, while that's much less confusing to apply infantile comments.

What have you been smoking? It hasn't worked out "well for them and they HATE it! Look at their opinion about it on some of their blogs.
I particularly LIKE the Constitution and what the USA is.
David...you haven't done a lot of research into what the NAU entails have you? The SPP is creating a Parliment which would be OVER our Supreme Court.
Currently the EU in the process of getting a Constitution written...does THAT sound like a threat to countries sovereignty? Does to me.

It sells out the American worker. But hey, who cares about them? It's good for the rich and the elites and that is all that matters. It has nothing in common with the European Union other than it's last name.

Trade agreements are a much saner idea. Logistically there is too much of a discrepancy between the service and technologically based economies of Canada and U.S. and the industrial and labor based economy of Mexico. Not to mention that constituents of all three countries are fiercely patriotic.

I think it's obvious we in North America are in the same boat to some extent, and why should we be pushed around by Asia or Europe? What possible justification is there for a 7 trillion dollar national debt? Mostly it is a result of really crappy trade agreements.
Bring our business and oil money back to this hemisphere (and not to communist South America!!!)
I think a NA trade union could be great! Doesn't mean we have to give up any of our sovereignty at all!

The EU has actually turned out to be a bad deal. Quarks of it (liberalisms “tolerance” predominantly) is furthering the Islamitization of Europe. In 10-15 years it will again be part of the caliphate AKA Eurabia. There are MANY other grievances as well (google it).
If I were ensured that the NAU would be governed by a strong government in the image of America’s original republic I wouldn’t be too concerned but, there are WAY too many far leftists involved. Because of that, I am afraid we are up poop creek without a paddle.

The first thing wrong with it will be the Republican propaganda about it. It could work here. I would like to study it a little more.

you have to love someone saying "Unions are bad."
Unions are marriages. Oh yeah, that's what they are. I thought marriages were a fine and valued thing.
Unions can be very good. The European Union has clearly improved their economy.
If fifty states is a good idea, why isn't one world?
I'll never understand the human fear of joining up with itself for its own good.
