if i have a cut on my penis?

and after it heal up a couple of days but not completely, and have sex could i get AIDs/STDs/HIVs whatever.

it had bleed a little when it first got cut. My wife have the Mirena IUD thing and maybe the string to it cut it but maybe not, I use a rubber band on my penis too. Anyways...could a cut on my penis give me or my wife AIDs/STDs/HIVs.....

We both DO NOT have diseases

If it is an open wound and your partner has a disease, yes it will be easily passed to you. But if neither of you has a disease, you're not going to get it no matter if you have a cut or not.

If niether of you has any std's and you are only having sex with just her then NO you can not catch an STD. STD's don't just float around in the air waiting to pounch on some unsuspecting genital that comes by. You have to have sex with and infected person.
Now the rubber band thing on the penis is another issue, that could cause you trouble down the road.

Any STD can only be transmitted from one person to another if your partner or you are sexually active with more than one person. If that person has a STD, or you have STD. If you cut your penis it is not a good idea to use it until it is healed but getting STD's is highly unlikely. Unless you or your partner has more than one sexual partner. By the way, be very careful when useing a rubber band as we castrate Rams, with rubber bands, if you leave on to long.

umm.. do either of u have it already? if not then no... with STD's someone has to carry it for it to be passed on. and i would let it heal anyways or itll burn like hell.
