Yes, I do write down my thought often....

I find when I write things down, I can't deny them... I have to face them... and then, decide on the changes that need to be made, if any...

Keeping a Journal, is one of the most productive techniques of dealing with ones problems. It is a form of therapy which really works; providing that the person writing is completely honest and leaves nothing out, nothing at all.. As difficult as that may sound, it is important that one does not censor their feelings or thoughts and puts it all down . It is a form of catharsis ;especially when one talks about matters which may make that person uncomfortable , but necessary to look at whatever in the light of day. The trick is to make certain that one has a "safe" place for the Journal away from prying eyes. It is a confidential way of learning about ones inner life. I highly recommend it.

Yes for three reasons:
1) Yes because I always end up writing to some sort of resolution even if it's temporary.

2) Yes, I can go back to it and see that I am making progress or not making the same mistake again

3) I feel like I "got it out"...whatever was bothering me.

Yes, it's always helped me but I haven't been writing stuff down lately because I'm not living in my own place and I don't want my thoughts to fall into the wrong hands!!

It's excellent for memory. A small dictation recorder is also very handy. It's funny. When you write something down you remember but if you don't. You often forget.

Yes. Bad or good, it really helps. It gets your negative thoughts out of your head, and helps remembers positive ones.

Yes it helps, but another great way to express your thoughts, feelings, and questions, would be to talk to people, or someone about them that always makes me feel better.

yes it really does..... u should try it..... it helps u to open up, and to let out all of ur feelings...... u feel much better.... after u do that......................................... and if u dont want to write them down...... then just tell them to someone u really trust....... writing them down is like for people that don't have anyone to talk to..... but u should definately try it
