I would pay off my house my car and any other debts that my husband and I have. I would then pay any debts that my family and friends have, 1/3 of the rest would be spread out between charities like, the humane society, breast cancer research, etc. another 1/3 would be invested, and that last bit would go towards me living comfortably. I may even continue working, but I would be glad to no longer worry about affording anything anymore.

The amount you wrote is just mind boggling, it is $100 trillion dollars. That dwarfs the GDP of our nation (the world's largest GDP).
Besides the absurdity of the amount, I would pay the Federal Goverment's full debt of $9 trillion dollars. I would probably pay all of the states debts too. Maybe even all of the municipalities debt too! Maybe even all of the US citizens debts too. It would certainly be enough.
Oh, yeah, and I would set aside ~$10 billion for myself (about 0.01% of the money) to live off of the interest and buy everything I could possibly want including the Buffalo Bills!

Pay off all my debt and my husband's, buy a huge bangin' house, travel the world, never show up for work again, and party like a rock star. With rock stars.
Don't you hate it when the news interviews people buying Powerball tickets, and they say they would keep their jobs if they won a quarter of a billion dollars? WHY??? I love my job, and I'd still only do it when I felt like it if I could.
