If you have the sort of leather where the butter has soaked into the leather (aniline style leather) then there is nothing that can be done to remove it.
If you clean and protect your leather (not condition) it may dissipate over time.

Butter should not have stained a pigmented (finished) leather but if it has then you will need to call a technician. Prices will vary depending where you are and how much work is involved.

Use a good Leather Protector in future and it will help inhibit this sort of thing from happening.
