I went to grade school with a family that had 18 children. My dad is one of 10.

When I lived in Puerto Rico I knew a woman who had 23 children, 5 sets of twins and then all single births. Could you imagine being pregnant 18 times , I would tell my hubby tie a knot in it!

My Gramps was one of 16
My Grams was the youngest of 11
My Mom is the oldest of 9
and
Daddy was the youngest of 8
I am friends with a family that has 12 children in this era.

Well, my mother was the 17th of 17 and I thought that was big. I am number 7 of 10.
I have a friend though who has 19, and a co-worker that has 23. WOW!

My husband's friend had 12 in his family, the oldest was a girl and the youngest was a girl, and 10 boys in the middle!

My aunt & uncle had 17 children with only one set of twins. Same mother & father for all children!!!
