This is fall for Central Florida. The humidity broke a week ago or so, and temps are not in the high 90s. We usually have our first cold snap--Florida style- around Halloween. Give or take a week. Now remember a cold snap is temps in the low 80s.

I'm not sure what fall you're referring to. October is still warm and it's been in the 80s in December. I miss the color changes here. It's hard to get in the Christmas spirit when you're wearing shorts and see palm trees outside. The humidity should hopefully go away soon, so maybe then it'll seem more like fall, though it's just not the same as it is up north with the crisp air.

Define fall? >grin<
To me, fall in Orlando means it's time to buy fresh local tomatoes and that the early citrus fruit will start to be available.
My front sidewalk and driverway are covered with acorns right now...that is a sure sign of fall. (In fact, I should be out there sweeping instead of answering this question).
It didn't get above 90 degrees today.....in fact the last 3 days have been downright tolerable...even with the wind on Sunday and the rain on Monday and Tuesday.
Food and Wine Festival is going on at Epcot=Fall
Halloween Horror nights are going on at Universal=Fall
I saw baking pumpkins at the farmer's market this weekend...it's fall

The sycamores are yellowing. I've turned off the the AC in the car (at least in the mornings). So it is fall.
But fall foliage (such as it is) peaks around Christmas time. Head to the woods in late December and you will see muted fall color with occasional patches of deep reds, yellows, and golds.
