Depends on your definition of "biggest".

The cave system with the greatest total length of passage is Mammoth Cave in Kentucky, USA - 579 km in length.

The deepest known cave (measured from its highest entrance to its lowest point) is Voronya Cave in Georgia, Europe - depth of 2,140 m.

The deepest individual vertical drop within a cave is 603 m in the Vrtoglavica cave in Slovenia.

The largest individual cavern ever discovered is the Sarawak chamber, in the Gunung Mulu National Park (Sarawak, Borneo, Malaysia), a sloping chamber with an area of approximately 600 m by 400 m and a height of 80 m.

Mammoth Cave National Park is the largest known cave system in the world, with more than 336 miles of underground caves that have been explored and mapped. It’s the world’s largest cave system and it’s continuously growing each and every year. Even today, there are miles and miles of cave passages that have still not been explored and mapped.
