Yes, very good if you have good endurance and don't mind getting dirty.

Don't worry about it; cross country is more mental than physical . It's all about convincing yourself that you can run that much faster or that much farther. Also, cross country is definitely a good way to stay in shape.

Well it depends if you love or like running.... I love it!!!! It usally involves running up hills and sometimes ruff terain (depends on what the course is like.) It is very benificial cuz you gain alot of muscle... it also reduces stress. It dosen't really depend on speed mostly how long you can run without stopping.
