Why don't you just make one? Wear blue and green clothes and make a tail out of stuff from a craft store. Buy or make a bird mask. If you get creative, you can make it look awesome. Besides, what's the fun in store bought costumes anyway? There will be a bunch of other kids all wearing the same exact costume.

hmm, this is a good DIY
*wear turquoise tights
*black tutu or turquoise buoa and wrap it around ur waist
*black balet slippers
*turquoise shirt with gold sequins
*buy peacock feathers [i'm sure they would have some at any arts and crafts store] and regular [purple,blue,green] bird feathers...you could even use a turquoise buoa!!!!!!
*use the peacock feathers to glue them to the back of the tutu so they stand up...and you could wear some on ur head too
*as for make-up...use the colors purple,green, turquoise, or gold
