That is definately pretty, it does flow nice. Congrats on the kid
btw Aliya is Hebrew for going up, rising, or ascending. It refers to immigration to Israel, or the holy land.
Lynn is possibly of Old English and Gaelic orgin meaning 'Pool' 'Lake' or 'waterfall' also a version of linda, meaning 'pretty'

Too many L's for me, but it's not a bad name at all. Aliya Johnson sounds very nice together.

I think it flows nicely too, and I DO like it, I just don't like the spelling of Aaliyah.

Has a nice tone to it. I was privileged to be able to name my youngest daughters first baby. I had seen the movie Paint Your Wagon and a song in the movie that I particularly liked is called "They Call the Wind Mariah". At that time Mariah was a very unusual name. I named my Grand daughter Mariah Dawn (translated literally windy morning) Bates. She has not stopped talking since she came into this world so the name fit perfectly.

Rolls off the tounge nicely, but if you have to put in parenthesis how to pronounce it then it is too out there, or you tried too hard to spell it uniquely.

It is lovely, just lovely. I do, however, wish people would think about how her name is pronounced throughout her entire life. No one will know, and everyone will get it wrong. It will mostly aggravate her. Trust me. My name is argotinialp

You probably shouldn't post personal information like that here...I mean a female child's full name? Why the last name?
Oh, and in the interest of protecting the identity of a user here I get nothing but thumbs down?
