The White Album was a favorite and I purchased in the Autumn of 1972 right after I got married.

I'd have to say The Beatles (The White Album). I heard the vinyl at my uncles, went out and bought the CD. I feel the first disc is the better. However the second disc has it's moments.

I've heard songs here and there...my strongest memory of a Beatles song is one where I was playing 'Penny Lane' and 'Eleanor Rigsby' at an orchestra event.
