The easiest and fastest way to loose weight and tone the muscle you already have is either running, or swimming. 15 to 20 minutes of running burns major calories and you don't even have to run fast!! Swimming does the same thing and it get you using all the major muscles in your body. 5 to 6 laps in a descent size pool gets your heart rate up and burn calories double time. Obviously you want to increase the number of laps or time you spend with these exercises but the results will come quick and you'll feel aw some. Starving yourself or getting caught up on calorie counting is a wast of time. Eat healthy things that you like and work out regularly and you'll see the results you're working for. If it help take pictures of yourself at the end of each week, after 2 to 3 weeks go by you'll see less fat and more tone-age, it's a great support system you just have to stay consist ant.

Limit your fat intake of staurated fats, you still want to eat monunsatures and the other, not trans fat though.
Limit your calorie intake too, but dont write it down, do at lest 20mins of cardio exercies 3-5 times a week, and do strenght traiing as well, muslce burns more fat.
Watch what you eat, eat fibre rich foods, high protein foods, low carb.
You'll start to shred the weight off.

Try eating more fiber rich fruits and veggies and less breads, potatoes, pasta, rice. U can do one week of a food diary to see how many calories U are eating. Walk at least 40 minutes a day.

Doing regular exercise is the best way, just 10 mins a day is all I do (and I do palates) and it helps to keep the flab off, so yeah... Don't calorie count, just eat lots of natural foods!
