No, most people of all kinds do not get hired in auditions for movies at 15. You aren't even going to get a legitimate audition without an agent and you aren't going to get an agent without training and experience. Being Chinese has nothing to do with it, when the time comes you will get the role if you are good enough and your ethnicity will have nothing to do with it.
