Remember, these are the same people who still support Bush. They are not "true" Conservatives, that's why.

Will you please tell me exactly what it is that Rush said that is supposed to be so offensive to the troops?

I've looked at the full transcript (from Mediamatters.org no less) and I can't find anything insulting to the troops. He mentions the phony soldiers, then the caller and Rush talks some more, and then Rush cites a specific example of a fake soldier, Jesse Macbeth, whose claims about being in combat, an army ranger, witnessing atrocities and getting a purple heart were all false.

Go to the link I provided and please look through it and point out the parts that would be offensive. I can't find any.

Neo-cons don't support the troops? Since when?

The only people not supporting the troops are the lunatic left-wing peaceniks.

Define "neo-con".

I am a true conservative, and I know the context in which Rush's words were uttered. I can tell you, he needs no condemnation.

I am the granddaughter of a WWII veteran, daughter of a Vietnam veteran, stepdaughter of a Desert Storm veteran, niece to a Korean War veteran, and cousin to an Iraqi Freedom veteran, and I was in NO WAY offended by Rush. I know that he is more patriotic and supportive of all of our veterans than you will ever be.

Limbaugh was speaking about one ex-soldier who made claims that turned out to be false. He was indeed a phony soldier. I stand by Rush. I also support our troops, unlike liberals who pay lip service to the soldiers while all the while loathe the military.
You cannot play with the facts, Chi-Guy. Liberals tipped their hand years ago. Liberals hate the military and all it stands for. You're not fooling anyone. You cannot take out of context a statement by Rush and hope to gain points by it.

Unlike true Conservatives, why do Democrat hypocrits vote against the measure condemning the moveon ad villifying General Petraeus and then feign concern about troops by taking Limbaugh's remarks completely out of context and trying to make it into something that it isn't?

Why won't the cowardly Harry Reid debate Limbaugh face-to-face?

Why won't the cowardly poser Harken, who falsified his own record, debate Limbaugh face-to-face.

Why do democrats march in mindless lockstep and constantly defend their cowardly leaders, even when they know in their hearts that hypocrits like Reid and Harken are liars and posers?

Libs sure have a twisted point of view.

No one has spoken out against Rush, except American and Troop Hating Democrats.

The ONLY soldiers that Democrats support are the "Phony Soldiers".

CHINESE GUY---- YOU MIGHT FOOL SOME OF THESE LITTLE DEMOCRAT KIDS, BUT YOU CAN'T FOOL US VETERANS!!!!!!!!
Most of us REAL VETERANS listen to Rush.

As a Conservative and former troop who also listened to the show in question, Rush said nothing wrong. Its just the lib trash machine trying to work people up.
