Bless you sir. You are intelligent enough to think for yourself and not be a sheep blindly following the crowds. Liberalism is on the way out, and more and more intelligent Blacks like yourself are joining the ranks of those who DO FOR THEMSELVES instead of expecting the government to do for you. You are an inspiration and I can only express the hope that there are many more bright people like yourself.

I guess it's just because blacks in general tend to be Democrats, and people who deviate from the herd are usually looked upon as being weird, misguided, or something else like that.

Clarence Thomas? He sexually harrassed a woman and the republicans helped him get ahead. And he accepted their help.

Condi? She doesn't have any of her own opinions. She's Dubya's puppet and the sad thing is, she doesn't mind.

Colin Powell? I don't see anything wrong with him. He's at least got his own ideas.
